These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Visited Countries Map mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by CabinFly (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or device.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing in or contacting support.

2. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, except as allowed by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where legally permitted;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

3. User Content and Data You Submit

The Service may let you add travel history, routes, places, feedback, and other content (“User Content”).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your User Content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services (for example Firebase, Google sign-in, maps, analytics, or sharing tools). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Content), including text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by CabinFly or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Fees and Purchases

Unless explicitly stated, the Service is provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced, additional terms may apply and will be presented before purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CabinFly and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CabinFly from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your principal place of business registration or, if not specified, by the laws of Lithuania, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If a legal dispute arises, courts of competent jurisdiction in that location will have exclusive jurisdiction unless local consumer laws provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
